Before you choose

Do I need to install anything?

No. The app opens in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen, like any other app.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once, for one stay. Nothing is charged afterwards, and there is nothing to cancel.

When does access start?

As soon as you buy. You plan your trip ahead, and that is when the app is most useful. It stays open for 14 days after you return.

What if my dates change?

You can change them 3 times per purchase, as long as the stay is not over. A correction within 24 hours of the purchase does not count.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, with the Como Pass. Download your stay before you leave: it remains available on the ferry and in the mountains.

On how many devices?

Como Pass: 1 device, Como Plus: 3 devices. You can change devices from the app settings.
